EAP Expert – New Features Released

The EAP Expert monthly release of updates and new features was released for February earlier this month. Here is a quick recap of what you might see in your software.

  1. RTF Support for Closing Instruction and Session Instruction: This feature enhances the platform’s integration with ProviderFiles capabilities by allowing users to include rich text formatting (RTF) in closing instructions and session instructions. This enables clearer communication and provides users with more flexibility in conveying important information.

  2. Added Provider Modality Rates: With this addition, users can now input and manage modality-specific rates for providers within the system. This feature streamlines financial operations by facilitating accurate tracking and billing based on the specific services rendered by each provider.

  3. Added New Field “Staff Involved Selected”: This feature automates data entry by populating a new field, “Staff Involved Selected,” based on the clinical records entered in the “Delivered By” section of Organizational Services. This simplifies the process of tracking staff involvement in client services and ensures comprehensive documentation.

  4. Added New Module for “Broker Organization Contact”: Introducing a new module dedicated to “Broker Organization Contact” enhances the platform’s functionality by providing a dedicated space for managing contacts associated with broker organizations. This streamlines communication and collaboration with external partners, improving efficiency and organization.

  5. Added Scheduled Messaging for Twilio: This feature enables users to schedule messages to be sent via Twilio, a communication platform, at specified times only (prevents client receiving a text message at unwanted times). This functionality enhances communication capabilities by allowing for automated and timely messaging, optimizing engagement with clients and stakeholders.

  6. Added New Client-Level Option to Enable/Disable Auto-Populate Send Survey Method Field: This feature introduces greater customization by allowing clients to enable or disable the auto-population of the “send survey method” field. Users can tailor survey distribution methods to meet individual client preferences, enhancing flexibility and client satisfaction.
